Due to the limited-edition and official nature of our products, all sales are considered final.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Customers are encouraged to review product descriptions, sizing information, and order details carefully before completing their purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged during transit
- Defective
- Incorrect
please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item and packaging
Lost Packages
If a shipment is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
Delivery delays caused by customs, weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control do not qualify for refunds.
Refunds
Refunds will only be considered in cases where:
- An item is confirmed to be defective
- An incorrect item was shipped
- The order cannot be fulfilled by EFF Shops
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
