Refund policy

EFF Shops carries limited inventory and does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection or unwanted items. Please review the product information, Size Guide and order details carefully before purchasing.

Replacement merchandise and size exchanges are not available.

If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what was ordered, contact EFF Shops within seven days of delivery. Include the order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. If the claim is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Do not return an item unless instructed by EFF Shops.

If EFF Shops cannot fulfil an order, the customer will receive a full refund. If a shipment is lost in transit, EFF Shops will investigate with the carrier. If the shipment is confirmed lost, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Orders cannot be cancelled after fulfilment has begun. Customers should contact EFF Shops immediately, but cancellation is not guaranteed.

This policy does not affect any rights provided by applicable consumer law.
